Senator Kelly requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                  
FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44(JUD) be taken                         
up. The resolution was before the Senate on reconsideration.                   
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                    
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44(JUD) Proposing amendments                        
to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to redistricting and       
reapportionment of the legislature; repealing obsolete language setting        
out the apportionment schedule used to elect members of the first              
state legislature, pass the Senate? The roll was taken with the
